A personal note
I offer people ground to stand on while their world changes around them.
For founders, students, and institutions with real things to build.
A bit of context, since you are here.
A few years ago I started building quietly between Europe and Asia. Partners, not employees. The ecosystem is called Future Proof, with about two dozen founders building beside me. Our systems help organizations become AI-native, and let investors see who is truly ready.
In 2020, Internship Abroad went live, moving students into companies across seventeen countries. Still one of the operational backbones today.
Where to go from here
Different doors, same story.

Building
Future Proof, Internship Abroad, Future Proof Certified, and the ecosystem of about two dozen founders building beside me. A few things, with a few people, over a long horizon.

Thinking
Seven things I keep coming back to. Observations from four years of building, each one learned by doing the opposite first.

Researching
What I am watching in the AI era. Papers, signals, and patterns in how work, learning, and building are changing. Less prediction, more observation.

Journey
A sequence of moments that shaped how I build, what I notice, and why I care. From fossils on a Dutch beach to ecosystems across continents.

I am not on social media.
No LinkedIn feed to maintain. No X. No Instagram presence. If you search for me there, you will not find much, and that is intentional.
My work happens directly, with people I know, through conversations that become relationships, and relationships that become the systems we build together. That is the only channel that has ever felt honest to me.
If you are reading this, you are already closer than most. Write to me. I read every message myself, and I will write back.
