Two dozen founders, each running their own thing, each connected to the others through the same belief. The network is the structure.
The ecosystem spans wellness, education, leadership and healing, women's health, genetics, transformation work, mobility, design, and capital. New directions are still forming.
Each founder runs their own business. Future Proof provides what a founder cannot build alone: AI infrastructure, the right coaching at the right moment, capital where it makes sense, introductions, and the through-thread that makes a partner-of-a-partner feel like a real introduction.

The industry is shifting underneath everyone. New layers are coming: regulatory permission (the EU AI Act lands in stages through 2026), new insurance products around AI-integrated operations, and a credibility layer that does not exist yet. Capital is the first stakeholder that needs to read which companies are doing the transition honestly and which are performing readiness.
Certified is the standard built for that gap. It evaluates a business across seven dimensions: Trust, Context, Distribution, Product, Governance, AI Integration, and Autonomy. Each scored, weighted, with evidence. The result is a level (Elite, Advanced, Certified, In Progress, or Pre-Assessment), not a sticker.
The function is dual. Companies pay to be assessed because the score is a real signal of how integrated they are with their own intelligence and operating systems. Investors pay to allocate against the standard because due diligence in this era requires a layer that does not exist anywhere else yet. Both sides need the same thing: a reliable signal, slowly issued, that a company is doing this well.

Education is changing faster than most schools can adapt. The next generation will not move through the same shape we did, and pretending otherwise is the most expensive mistake we are making right now.
NextGen Education is the part of the answer focused on children. We started with micro-learning in elementary schools, built with Matt Timmermans, but the broader work is rethinking what education actually has to do in a world where information is abundant and orientation is scarce. Curriculum, pacing, the role of the teacher, what gets measured, what gets left out: everything is in motion.
The thesis is that children need systems that adapt to them, with the safety and structure that adults set well, and the openness to new tools that most schools cannot build alone. We design with the future they will inherit in mind, not the one we are leaving.
Inside the ecosystem, the parallel work runs the other direction. Every partner is integrating AI into their business in real time, and the education layer across the network keeps the ecosystem compounding instead of fragmenting: shared tools, shared mistakes, shared infrastructure, the right coaching at the right moment.
